Ingredients (for 4 portions):
1 tablespoon of pine nuts, 125g of Petrella Chives, 30 g of spinach (alternatively arugula), 4 dried tomatoes in oil, 2 multi-grain bagels, 8 slices of Parma ham
Roast pine nuts in a pan, chop them and mix them with 2 tablespoons of Petrella. Wash and dry spinach. Cut tomatoes in slices. Cut the bagels and spread the rest of Petrella on them.
Put ham and spinach on the bagels. Add Petrella-pine nuts-cream on the bagels. Garnish and serve with tomatoes.
