Ingredients (for 4 portions):
8 potato-pancakes (diameter: ca. 8cm), 4 slices of graved salmon, arugula, 240g of Petrella (either Petrella Peppasweet, Petrella Chives or Petrella Jubilee Cream Cheese)
Fry potato-pancakes in a pan until they are crispy and brown from both sides. For each potato-pancake burger spread two potato-pancakes with 30 g of Petrella each. Add one slice of graved salmon to a spread potato-pancake and then add arugula. Put the second potato-pancake on top.
