Pineapple Milkshake with Lemon and Mint

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 persons: 300g Petrella Pineapple, 450ml very cold, fresh milk, 1 pouch of vanilla sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, 4 large mint leaves

Method:

Mix Petrella Pineapple and the cold milk with a stirring rod until it is frothy. Add vanilla sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Wash and dry the mint leaves and cut them into slices.
Pour the milk shake into high, cold glasses, garnish with the mint slices and serve immediately.
